We needed the following information around as-is state of seven areas. The objective was to arrive at a quality engineering operating model assessment, in terms of key dimensions of the target operating model viz., People & Governance, Delivery Processes, Technology & Tools and Organisation & Change Management.
We deployed cross-functional team comprising of quality engineering transformation leader, quality engineering automation architect and senior business analyst to conduct the assessments through Design Thinking workshops, Kano model to transform the voice of the customer into inputs aided by carefully selected tools and our proprietary frameworks for maturity assessment.
